I don't see anything steampunk-ish on those early Ozuka manga, same with Future Boy Conan and Space Battleship Yamato, they would fit better as retrofuturism IMO, the futuristic tech on those works just look old fashioned so they kinda fit on steampunk but then a lot more works should be included in
