No it's not. Falconetti made TWO films prior to Jeanne d'Arc; La Comtesse de Somerive (1917) and Le Clown (1917). Both films exist at the Cinemathèque Française with accession numbers #7666 and #7239 respectively. Here is a link to the poster for the first one:
