practiced - the sandbox is problematic as it doesn't show what the reference looks like when you're done so I had to do real edits that are sure to annoy someone. I've tried to copy the existing citations; I tried to use the live chat help and couldn't figure out how to type in my question. For tonight's effort, I sat with the highlighted, hard copy of the tutorial page right in front of me and typed the citation in exactly the same way as the example (I think.) It still doesn't look right and lists the URL instead of the article name.
