Comment: I've already denied this once on invalid fair use grounds and I'm not about to accept it and upload it under my name. The painter's statement that they would allow Knowledge to use it is unacceptable for our licensing requirements and really doesn't play into the fair use license anyways. If they want to release the painting to us under a Creative Commons license they are more than welcome to do so.
