2 things.

I've responded on my talk page. AdjustShift (talk) 16:40, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

I have again undone your addition of non-free media to your userspace. Per WP:FAIRUSE, non free media files may not be used in your userspace. I would appreciate you not putting it back. Warmly, –Katerenka (talk • contribs) 21:16, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Tania Doko

Hello:

I have gone through almost two weeks of various editors revamping and giving me suggestions on how to fix any problems on the Tania Doko page.

It has passed those editors and all I am asking now is that this article be placed on the man page of Knowledge (XXG).

It has undergone at least three different edits and this artist is not a non-musician.

I would appreciate your chaging the deletion recommendation on this page.

Sincerely, --Ussee (talk) 00:39, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

I stand by my delete. I only found 2 sources on her, and I doubt even those were reliable. --ScythreContribs 06:10, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Remati

(copied from that users talkpage + additional comments just for you)

Him 'going against what you said' (at the AFD) is more likely that he feels his firm is notable enough to be included in the encyclopedia. Technically, he is 'going against what I said' as well but I assume good faith that he is participating in a discussion...not some kind of horse race. His borrowing of your signature formatting I can't speak to, tho I guess its because he liked how it looked. Poor choice of action in my opinion, but new editors often do a few odd things when starting out.

There is no basis in my opinion for an insinuation of sockpuppetry, and you are reminded to not bite the new editors. If you have some evidence that you feel is particularly compelling that you feel I have missed, feel free to bring it to my attention. Cheers. Syrthiss (talk) 12:22, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Ok. But it blatantly isnt though. All sources were self published and a ghit turned up nothing. I accused him of being a sock, as an editor I have been closely involved with has lately been revealed to be a sock, and I thought that he might be another sock of the puppet master. It just seemed a little weird, him copying my sig and everything... Regards, --ScythreContribs 15:11, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Tania Doko

Mr. Scythre:

I am extremely curious as to how you did not find any references or two maybe as you mentioned. Did you view the references?

I would imagine that the credibility of various other editors whom did find the article ready to be placed on the main page is no less credible than yourself.

I am not in agreement with your decision.

--68.6.199.54 (talk) 22:04, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

I only found 2 proper references, and yes, I did view the references. I never asked you to be 'in agreement' with my decision, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It can't be that good an article if its had an AfD filed for it? --ScythreContribs 22:38, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Why did you censor me?

Rollback

Hi
This was a misuse of rollback, the edit was good-faithed, and factually correct. If you didn't agree with it you should have undone it with an explanatory edit summary.
Amalthea 16:22, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

As were, actually, many of your other recent uses, like this, this, or this. Please make sure to only use it for blatantly unconstructive uses in the future, typically vandalism. As you know, misuse of that tool will lead to its removal.

Deletion of post on Barbican Estate page

Hi

i noticed that you deleted the link to my website barbicanmums.com on the barbican estate page. Can I ask why you did this? the site is run as a hobby to provide information for the parents living on the estate. i do not make any profit from it in fact it costs me money to run it. There is a link to barbicanliving.co.uk on the same page and this is run by a solicitor who deals with people buying property on the estate. His site is therefore run as a commercial interest as well as an information service. Why is his site suitable for inclusion but not mine? many thanks Kate —Preceding unsigned comment added by Barbicanmum (talkcontribs) 14:39, 8 November 2009 (UTC)

WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter message

It has recently been brought to the attention of WP:PW that the newsletter is being to delivered to several users who have not been actively editing for several months. As a result, their talk pages have become increasingly large, unmanageable and slow to load due to a lack of archiving.
In response, this message is being sent to all editors listed in Category:WikiProject Professional wrestling participants to say that anyone who does not list their name at Knowledge (XXG):WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Active before May 16 will be automatically listed at Knowledge (XXG):WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Nospam, and will no longer receive the newsletter or any notification of it. If you are added to Knowledge (XXG):WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Nospam, please feel free to remove your name if you desire.
If you wish to continue receiving the newsletter as normal, please add your name to Knowledge (XXG):WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Active. If you simply wish to receive notification of a new issue, but not have the full newsletter delivered to your talk page, please add your name to the notification only list.
If you have any queries please contact me at my talk page or leave a message at WT:PW. Thank you for your co-operation. ♥NiciVampireHeart00:36, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Disambiguation link fixing one-day contest

I have decided to put on a mini-contest within the November 2013 monthly disambiguation contest, on Saturday, November 23 (UTC). I will personally give a $20 Amazon.com gift card to the disambiguator who fixes the most links on that server-day (see the project page for details on scoring points). Since we are not geared up to do an automated count for that day, at 00:00, 23 November 2013 (UTC) (which is 7:00 PM on November 22, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the project page leaderboard. I will presume that anyone who is not already listed on the leaderboard has precisely nine edits. At 01:00, 24 November 2013 (UTC) (8:00 PM on November 23, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the leaderboard at that time (the extra hour is to give the board time to update), and I will determine from that who our winner is. I will credit links fixed by turning a WP:DABCONCEPT page into an article, but you'll have to let me know me that you did so. Here's to a fun contest. Note that according to the Daily Disambig, we currently have under 256,000 disambiguation links to be fixed. If everyone in the disambiguation link fixers category were to fix 500 links, we would have them all done - so aim high! Cheers! bd2412 T 02:29, 18 November 2013 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:The Ill Made Mute.jpg

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:The Ill Made Mute.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Knowledge (XXG) under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Knowledge (XXG). If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Knowledge (XXG) (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:20, 12 May 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Knowledge (XXG) arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. New deal for page patrollers

Hi Scythre,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)

New Challenge for Oceania and Australia

Hi, Knowledge (XXG):WikiProject Oceania/The 10,000 Challenge and Knowledge (XXG):WikiProject Australia/The 5000 Challenge are up and running based on Knowledge (XXG):The 10,000 Challenge which has currently produced over 2300 article improvements and creations. The Australia challenge would feed into the wider region one and potentially New Zealand could have a smaller challenge too. The main goal is content improvement, tackling stale old stubs and important content and improving sourcing/making more consistent but new articles are also welcome if sourced. I understand that this is a big goal for regular editors, especially being summertime where you are, but if you'd like to see large scale quality improvements happening for Oceania and Australia like The Africa Destubathon, which has produced over 1700 articles in 5 weeks, sign up on the page. The idea will be an ongoing national editathon/challenge for the region but fuelled by a series of contests to really get articles on every province and subject mass improved. The Africa contest scaled worldwide would naturally provide great benefits to Oceania countries, particularly Australia and attract new editors. I would like some support from existing editors here to get the Challenges off to a start with some articles to make doing a Destubathon worthwhile and potentially bring about hundreds of improvements in a few weeks through a contest! Cheers.♦ --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:12, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
